About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to help manage our growing online business. You’ll play a key role in customer support, order fulfillment, and Shopify optimization to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries via phone,
- Order Processing: Send and manage daily orders with the fulfillment center for accurate, on-time shipments.
- Shopify Management: Maintain and optimize product listings, inventory, and site functionality to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, Shopify, or customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify and order management systems is a plus.
