We take pride in our online store powered by Shopify and are excited to expand our reach to Amazon. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Specialist** to join our team and help us grow our online sales channels.

### **Job Responsibilities**

1. **Shopify Management**
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store to enhance the user experience.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking.

2. **Amazon Store Setup & Management**
- Assist in setting up our Amazon store.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Monitor Amazon metrics (reviews, rankings, sales) and adjust strategies as needed.

3. **Order Fulfillment and Customer Service**
- Ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of online orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

4. **Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product visibility and sales.
- Marketing/Promotion on different social media platform(F.book, Instagram,Tiktok,Snapchat)

5. **E-Commerce Analytics**
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, conversion rates, and traffic.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to drive growth.

### **Requirements**

- Proven experience managing Shopify stores; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and product optimization.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems efficiently.
- Passion for motorcycles, vintage culture, or lifestyle brands is a bonus!
