We're an ecommerce company seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team, bringing their expertise to streamline our operations and contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of our e-commerce operations including supply chain, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics with company processes.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Analyze data to anticipate future needs and potential operational bottlenecks.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
Qualifications:
At least a few years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and related technologies.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
