E-Commerce Operations Associate

Are you ready to join a fast-paced, dynamic Shopify e-commerce startup? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive E-commerce Operations Associate to support and enhance our daily operations in this full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Handle administrative tasks related to inventory management, order fulfilment, website updates, coordination with 3PL, etc
Create daily and monthly reports
Support the Operations Manager in daily operations
Identify and address operational gaps, driving improvements for greater efficiency

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Good with numbers
Proficiency in technology, especially Shopify, Excel, Google Sheets, etc (must at least be comfortable with VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
Exceptional English written communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics and inventory management is a plus.
