JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Customer Support & Fulfillment Manager
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Wednesday-Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off)
Salary: $1000 per month
Company Industry: Food Retail (Selling food to consumers in the US)

Requirements:
Customer service support experience at an e-commerce brand
Managerial customer service experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on good grammar
Solid familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify)

Tasks:
Manage, respond and resolve customer inquiries related to online orders and general inquiries about products via company’s CRM system (Gorgias) on Saturdays and Sundays, and as-needed during weekdays. Currently one customer service rep is handling inquiries during the week.
Manage and oversee work of customer service representative.
Serve as main liaison between company and fulfillment center, ensuring accurate and timely order processing and resolution of shipping issues.
Track and monitor customers’ orders status, notifying fulfillment center and customers of any delays or issues.
Lead reporting and analytical efforts for customer service and fulfillment processes, hindsighting monthly performance and identifying areas for improvement. Implement tactics to address areas of improvement.

Note: This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage various tasks efficiently. The candidate should be comfortable working with data, have a good grasp of e-commerce processes, and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
