About Us:

Simple Lighting are a UK Based, specialist online retailer, focusing in LED Lighting products for home and commercial applications. We are looking for a seasoned E-commerce Manager to join our team.

Duties:

- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop new e-commerce strategies which will drive revenue, grow our business, and improve our customer satisfaction.
- Manage: Manage our team of talented marketing professionals, training and improving them when needed, ensuring that all team members are aligned with our business goals.
- E-Commerce Management: Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce stores and sales channels, ensuring that sales are flowing, product data is correct, aligned with company guidelines and on-brand.
- Product Launches: Develop product launch strategies, driving sales of new product ranges.
- Promotions: Carefully craft e-commerce promotions and strategies, ensuring that all sales remain profitable to the business.
- SEO: Work extremely closely with our SEO Team, ensuring that the websites traffic is growing month on month and year on year.
- Content: Coordinate with our SEO team and our content team to develop a killer content strategy that sells our products.
- Outside Partners: Monitor any outside partners carefully, EG: Affiliate & PPC, driving their performance and ensuring these channels remain profitable.


Qualifications & Experience:

You should have :-

- A Bachelor’s in business (or a similar business related qualification).
- A minimum of 5 years strong experience in personally managing a reasonably large team.
- At least 5 years experience in E-Commerce & in a similar role to this ad.
- An in-depth knowledge of sales analytics, reporting tools and inventory management.

Salary:

- Subject to experience but in the range of 120,000 PHP to 150,000 PHP per month
- We pay all of our staff weekly, normally by Wise every Friday.
