Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
- Execute creative strategies to increase sales and revenue, focusing on our existing customer base and reaching new audiences.
- Leverage existing resources and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
Develop Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and execute targeted advertising strategies to increase conversions.
- Leverage tools like Google Ads and
Email
- Tap into our database of over 50,000 past customers to create engaging
Collaborate with Partner Channels:
- Create promotional materials for our partner retail channels to include in their orders, driving traffic to
SEO Strategy:
- Implement a search engine optimization plan to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
Social Media Management:
- Launch and grow Barnabell’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content to drive traffic and provide legitimacy to the brand.

- Proven experience in e-commerce growth, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and
- A self-starter who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial role.
- Experience with tools like Woo Commerce or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance across all campaigns.
- A creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
Contract Details
- Yearly contract after 45 day review period with performance-based renegotiation.
