We’re a lean, fast-growing e-commerce team managing multiple brands across Shopify. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and proactive customer support expert who can take ownership, improve our systems, and help us scale.
This is not just ticket answering — we want someone who sees the bigger picture, builds smarter processes, and can grow with us long-term.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries across multiple Shopify stores using Re:amaze
Manage Klarna, Stripe, and PayPal disputes (must have a proven high win rate)
Improve our current templates, macros, and workflows (they need serious upgrades — and that’s your responsibility)
Build new systems that help us respond faster and reduce ticket volume
Maintain a fast, friendly, and human support experience — we don’t leave customers waiting
Who This Is For
2+ years of e-commerce support experience
Fluent in English (clear, natural writing — not robotic)
Experience handling Klarna, PayPal, and Stripe disputes with documented wins
Comfortable managing multiple stores and payment systems
Familiar with Re:amaze (or similar tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.)
Someone process-driven, who sees what’s broken and fixes it
Must have high availability and be ready to take over support operations quickly
Nice to Have
Experience reducing ticket volume through smart workflows or automations
Ability to write clear, helpful replies that sound human, not copy-paste
A sense of ownership — you solve problems before they escalate
Compensation
$5/hour
+$5 for every dispute won (Klarna, PayPal, Stripe)
Paid trial available for the right candidate
