What Will You Do?
As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
Problem-Solving: Resolving issues related to orders, payments, returns, and refunds with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
Feedback Management: Collecting and organizing customer feedback to help us improve our products and services.
Tool Mastery: Using tools like Zendesk (or similar platforms) to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
Communication: Collaborating with internal teams (operations, marketing, and fulfillment) to ensure smooth handling of escalations.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate is someone with:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer support experience in e-commerce.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with a professional and empathetic tone.
Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and creating positive interactions.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues independently.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
Flexibility: Comfortable working dynamic hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing customer queries and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
