E-Commerce Creative Strategist

We are seeking a Part-Time Creative Strategist for our fastest-growing e-commerce brand.

In this role, you will drive our creative marketing strategy across all Facebook and TikTok, leveraging cultural insights and data-driven decisions to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our community.

As our Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance both our organic and paid media presence, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. You'll work closely with our video editor and graphic designer.

What You'll Do:
1. Develop creative campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
2. Work closely with the video editor, graphic designer and content creators.
3. Analyze customer behaviour and market trends to inform strategies that resonate with our target audience.
4. Brainstorm innovative ways to differentiate our brand from competitors while staying aligned with our brand values.
5. Outreaching and communicating with content creators for UGC ads internationally

What We’re Looking For:

1. A creative thinker with at least 1-2 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field (e-commerce experience preferred).
2. A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, particularly those with an emotional, customer-focused angle.
3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
4. Knowledge of design principles and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Facebook Ads Manager).
5. A deep understanding of social media trends and customer psychology.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Requirements:

1. Copywriting for VSL, UGC and ad copy. Experience with static creatives (must)
2. Some experience with photo editing and video editing software
3. Experience with communication channels like Discord, Slack
4. Workflow experience like Clickup, notion or any other platform
