E Commerce Assistant

We’re a growing small business in the e-commerce space, focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As our team expands, we’re looking for a versatile and proactive PHP E-Commerce Assistant to support daily operations, customer service, and help us streamline backend processes.

What You’ll Do
Manage customer service tickets via email and other platforms, ensuring timely, empathetic, and effective responses.

Communicate with Alibaba suppliers for product sourcing, ordering, and follow-ups.

Handle wholesale orders, including communication, invoicing, and tracking.

Resolve order issues such as delays, lost packages, or product concerns with a solutions-first mindset.

Perform small web updates on our Shopify store and assist with PHP-based platforms as needed (product uploads, page edits, basic troubleshooting).

Assist with project management and coordination across different departments (marketing, design, fulfillment).

Support the brand in day-to-day operations as needed—we’re a small but mighty team!

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Shopify experience (store management, product uploads, troubleshooting, etc.)

2+ years of customer service experience (email communication, problem-solving, customer-focused)

Familiarity with PHP and basic web updates (you don’t need to be a developer, but some coding knowledge is helpful)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and projects

Experience working with suppliers (Alibaba) and managing wholesale accounts is a plus

Comfortable using project management tools (like Asana, Trello, or similar)

Self-starter with a “figure it out” attitude—this is a small business, and we wear many hats!
