Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our business systems.

This position will support a manufacturing company operating in five states in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with business requirements.

System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central with other business applications and third-party systems.

Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, providing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Data Management: Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data management within Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, customization, and workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
