Duda Website Developer (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duda Website Developer to join our team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be a professional in building custom 40+ page websites on the Duda platform, with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and an excellent eye for design. You will work on complex, large-scale websites for blue-collar contracting niches and manage a team of freelancers for smaller projects.
This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and can take ownership of projects from start to finish while working during USA business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom websites on the Duda platform, tailored to client needs.
• Manage and execute large-scale website projects (40+ pages), ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Delegate smaller or simpler website projects to freelancers, overseeing their work to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with our team to translate client goals into stunning, functional websites.
• Optimize websites for SEO, usability, and conversion.
• Communicate directly with clients during USA business hours to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, web development practices, and Duda platform features.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience building custom websites on the Duda platform, including large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing aesthetically pleasing and functional website designs.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles.
• Experience delegating tasks and managing freelancers.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work USA business hours.
• A results-driven, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Familiarity with blue-collar contracting niches is a plus.
