About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in dropshipping, scaling winning products through paid advertising across multiple platforms. Our team operates with a data-driven approach, leveraging creative strategies to maximize ROAS and scale campaigns effectively. We are now looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our team and drive our ad performance to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels for e-commerce.
Develop media buying strategies for product testing and scaling based on data analysis.
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA) to make real-time campaign adjustments.
Creative Testing & Optimization:

Work closely with creative strategists and video editors to test new angles, hooks, and ad formats.
Analyze ad creatives’ performance and iterate based on data insights.
Budget Management & Scaling:

Allocate and manage ad spend efficiently to maximize profits.
Implement advanced scaling techniques while maintaining profitability.
Set up automation rules and scaling strategies based on data.
Market & Competitor Research:

Analyze competitor ad strategies and leverage insights to improve campaign performance.
Stay ahead of Facebook/TikTok/Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Reporting & Insights:

Prepare weekly performance reports and insights to refine advertising strategies.
Use tracking tools (Triple Whale, Hyros, Google Analytics, etc.) to ensure proper attribution.

Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience in media buying for e-commerce/dropshipping.
? Proven track record of scaling winning products to $10k+ daily ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS.
? Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
? Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
? Familiarity with AI-powered ad testing, creative frameworks, and direct-response copywriting.
? Experience with automation tools and rules-based optimization.
? Understanding of landing page CRO and ad funnel optimization.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Experience using tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, Google Analytics, or AnyTrack is a plus.
