For our Dutch dropshipping business, we are on track to hit 8 figures this year. To achieve this, we are looking for a highly experienced Store Manager to oversee operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain smooth workflows in our store.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing a dropshipping store and be well-versed in Shopify, team coordination, and supply chain communication. You will be responsible for monitoring the Media Buyer, Product Lister, and Supply Chain communication, as well as overseeing Customer Service operations to ensure everything runs according to our SOPs.

Do you have experience managing a Shopify dropshipping store?

Are you highly structured and detail-oriented?
Are you available 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?
As a Store Manager, you must have:
? Proven experience as a Store Manager in Dropshipping (Must)
? Strong Shopify knowledge (Must)
? Experience managing a Media Buyer & Product Lister (Must)
? Experience in supply chain communication (Must)
? Experience overseeing Customer Service operations (Must)
? Strong organizational & leadership skills (Must)
? Ability to track & analyze KPI’s to ensure efficiency (Must)
? Experience working with
? Experience with advertising platforms (META ads) (Must)
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising the Media Buyer: Ensuring ad campaigns align with the store's goals.
Monitoring the Product Lister: Verifying product listings meet brand standards and conversion optimization.
Managing Supply Chain Communication: Coordinating with suppliers to prevent delays and stock issues.
Overseeing Customer Service (CS): Ensuring inquiries, disputes, and returns are handled properly.
Ensuring SOP Compliance: Making sure every tea
Tracking and Reporting KPIs: Maintaining Google Sheets with key performance data.
Optimizing Store Performance: Identifying and fixing inefficiencies to scale the business.
