Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Community Manager and Content Creator to join our team and help build, optimize, and grow our Skool community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content, driving community growth, and delivering exceptional value to our members. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in the success of a thriving community focused on AI for small businesses.

Responsibilities:
Community Building:

Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our Skool community.

Create and manage community engagement activities to foster a positive and active environment.

Monitor community activity and provide support to members.

Content Creation:
Develop and produce high-quality courses and resources that provide value to our community members.

Collaborate with the team to create content that aligns with our mission and goals.

Social Media Management:
Create and execute social media strategies to attract new members to the community.

Manage social media accounts (Instagram and YouTube) to promote the community and engage with potential members.


Email Marketing:
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive community growth.

Craft compelling email content that provides value and encourages community participation.

Optimization:
Continuously analyze and optimize strategies to maximize community growth and engagement.

Implement best practices for community management and content creation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in community management, content creation, social media management, and email marketing.Strong understanding of Skool platform or similar community platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for helping small businesses.

Familiarity with AI tools and technology is a plus.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.

Performance-based bonus: Exceptional candidates will receive a percentage of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) as a bonus, contingent on the success of the community.
