Drive Growth as Head of Email Marketing at Berado!

Join Our Team as Head of Email Marketing!

At Berado.nl, we are transforming traditional safety shoes into stylish, modern sneakers that maintain top-notch safety features. Now, we’re looking for a talented Head of Email Marketing to elevate our email marketing strategy and contribute to our growth!

Your Mission:
* Improve and continuously optimize our email flows.
* Send out 3 optimized email campaigns weekly to boost engagement and revenue.
* Achieve 25-30+% of total revenue from Klaviyo. (Currently at 20%)

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain extremely efficient email flows.
- Ensure we have an email popup with a 7.5%+ opt-in rate. (Currently at 5%)
- Work towards improving the lifetime value (LTV) of our customers through effective email strategies.
- Explore the potential of WhatsApp and SMS marketing, expanding our reach and increasing customer retention.

Required Skills:
* Proven experience with email marketing for 7-8 figure ecommerce brands using Klaviyo and Shopify.
* A track record of successfully optimizing email marketing strategies to drive higher revenue and better LTV.
* Ability to take initiative, come up with new ideas, and be proactive.
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Honesty and transparency in your work.

Compensation:
- Starting Salary: $800 USD per month with bonuses available based on performance.
- Part-time role of approximately 20 hours a week, with the flexibility to increase if needed.
