Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Optimizing our current pages to achieve higher conversion rates (CVR) and increase the average order value (AOV).
- Developing and testing new landing pages, such as listicles, advertorials, and video sales letter pages.
- Conducting research on other top-performing DTC brands to identify successful strategies and apply these to our campaigns.
- Running A/B tests to ensure data-driven improvements are consistently implemented across our sales funnels.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 2 years of experience in the following:
1. Conversion rate optimization (CRO) within an e-commerce DTC environment
2. Using tools like Shopify, Intelligems, Microsoft Clarity, and Replo
3. Developing landing pages and other assets that lead to high conversion rates
4. Researching and applying successful e-commerce strategies from top DTC brands

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED person who has already worked as a CRO specialist and successfully increased conversion rates for an e-commerce brand. Ideally, someone with experience working with brands that grew from $1M --> $10M+ per year.

It’s really important that you:
- Are proactive and come up with creative solutions
- Are honest and transparent at all times
- Take responsibility for this critical role

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below:
- ChatGPT 4.0
- Communication apps like WhatsApp and Slack

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us. The goal is to significantly increase our conversion rates and AOV. If you’re successful in this role, there will be opportunities to take on larger responsibilities across all of our European stores.

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5pm GMT+8?You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the first 6 months.

$1500 monthly salary + bonuses

Once you complete your first 6 months, you will get:
- 13th month
- Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
