REGULAR TASKS:
- Execute the complete design process, encompassing user and market research, conceptualization, and product design.
- Apply robust analytical, creative, and presentation abilities, prioritizing user-centered design methodologies.
- Mentor junior designers, providing valuable insights and guidance for their professional growth, confidently justifying design decisions, and implementing effective research methodologies.
- Showcase a compelling portfolio reflecting meticulous UX design-level ideation processes and advanced creative problem-solving skills.

- Actively contribute to product design strategy, defining customer goals, crafting information architecture, and producing wireframes/prototypes.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
Conduct thorough product testing, present concepts, and stay updated on industry trends, adjusting designs as needed.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring high standards of excellence at each stage.
- Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable components, guiding the team in efficient task management.
- Facilitate team understanding of design tools, offering support and guidance to enhance tool proficiency.
- Proactively contribute to team success by offering assistance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking, injecting innovative perspectives into the design process.
- Assist in comprehending the thought process behind design decisions, promoting a shared understanding within the team.

- 4 - 6 years of experience in UX or interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design thinking and a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Proficient in information architecture, wireframing, and design thinking, along with applied knowledge of visual design principles.
- Proficient in using Figma/Figma Suite
- Storyboarding Skills: Craft compelling narratives through your storyboarding expertise, adding depth and context to your design concepts.
- User Experience Specialist: Dive deep into User Experience (UX) design, ensuring every pixel aligns with the user's journey and expectations.
- User Interface Design: Craft seamless User Interface (UI) designs that not only look stunning but also enhance user interactions.
- Usability Expert: Prioritize user usability, ensuring that your designs not only dazzle but also deliver an effortless user experience.
- Site Maps & User Flows Navigator: Map out the best paths for users to follow, ensuring a smooth and intuitive navigation experience.
