Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in the U.S. construction/design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on project specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
Interpret design sketches, blueprints, and written/verbal instructions from architects or engineers
Modify and revise drawings as requested by project managers or design team
Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and compliant with U.S. building codes and regulations
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Coordinate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure consistency across drawings and documents

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Draftsman in the U.S. (construction or architectural field)
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and other drafting software a plus
Strong knowledge of U.S. construction standards and code compliance
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and teamwork skills
