Document Developer / Medical Secretary

Job title: Document Developer - Medical Secretary
Reporting manager's title: Reporting to the VP of Clinical Innovation and Solutions – the
document developer is responsible for creating online documents using various applications.
This role will collaborate with clinicians as well as software developers and will support clinical
and business practices that adhere to Company’s principles and values.

Responsibilities:
? Create, format and conduct quality assurance checks on order sets and additional
clinical documents
? Implement clinical documents in online platforms and maintain document libraries
? Retrieve, revise and prepare files for clients based on strict schedules
? Adhere to strict Quality Assurance reviews in order to ensure delivered files are error
free
? Review documents for accuracy and completeness
? Troubleshoot software bugs and technical issues in collaboration with software
developers
? Develop workarounds in the presence of software bugs
? Manage requests and workload with effective time management and satisfactory
turnaround times
? Triage client requests via service management platform
? Communicate and respond to clients’ messages

Qualifications:
? Must have an experience in Medical Field - Medical Secretary required
? You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and Google applications
? You have strong attention to detail
? You have multitasking abilities
? You have previous experience with drag and drop programs
? You have outstanding attention to detail
? You have excellent written and oral communication skills
? You have project coordination experience
? You are able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
? You are able to produce large volumes of consistently accurate work
