We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to handle chargebacks, claims, inquiries, and RFIs for our dropshipping stores. If you're skilled in managing disputes across PayPal, Shopify Payments or AirWallex/Oceanpayment, we want to hear from you!
What will be your main responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming claims, chargebacks, and RFIs within 3-6 hours.
- Maintain an 85%+ success rate in dispute resolution.
- Work closely with the customer service team to minimize disputes before they escalate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling chargebacks and disputes on PayPal and Shopify (AirWallex and OceanPayment is a plus).
- Track record of successfully resolving chargebacks and inquiries for dropshipping businesses.
- Be able to communicate with the customer service representatives to minimize disputes.
