Hiring: Dispute Manager with Dropshipping & Shopify Chargeback Experience
We’re looking for an experienced(!!!!!!) and detail-oriented Dispute Manager to join our e-commerce team. If you have a strong background in handling dropshipping disputes and Shopify chargebacks, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and manage all incoming chargebacks and disputes across multiple Shopify stores
Collect and organize compelling evidence to fight and win disputes
Communicate with payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Oceanpayment etc.)
Investigate customer complaints, fraudulent claims, and delivery issues
Work closely with customer service and fulfillment teams to resolve order issues quickly
Analyze dispute trends and provide recommendations to reduce chargebacks
???? Requirements:
1+ years of experience handling eCommerce disputes, especially for dropshipping businesses
Proven track record of successfully winning Shopify chargebacks
Solid understanding of fulfillment challenges, delivery times, and common customer objections in dropshipping
Experience dealing with multiple payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
