JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispute / Chargeback Manager to oversee and resolve payment disputes across platforms such as PayPal, Shopify, and Klarna. In this role, you will be responsible for managing chargeback cases, minimizing financial losses, and developing strategies to prevent future disputes. You will also be responsible for creating clear insights and dashboards to report dispute performance and resolution metrics to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve chargebacks, disputes, and claims across PayPal, Shopify, and Klarna.

- Prepare and submit compelling evidence to fight chargebacks effectively.

- Monitor dispute trends, identify patterns, and implement preventive measures.

- Analyze root causes of disputes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve underlying issues.

- Develop and implement best practices to minimize chargeback ratios and optimize resolution rates.

Create clear insights, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics such as:
-Total number of disputes
-Resolution success rate
-Pending and unresolved cases

Present performance metrics and actionable insights to the management team for continuous process improvements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment provider policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling chargebacks and disputes on platforms like PayPal, Shopify, and Klarna.

- Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.

- A proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
