Dispositions Assistant

We are looking for a Dispositions Assistant to assist with the final stage of the sales process in our real estate wholesaling company. This role is critical to ensuring that deals close smoothly by coordinating between title companies, buyers, and sellers. Without a strong dispositions process, all the work from our acquisitions agents and marketing team would be wasted. The right candidate will be highly organized, a strong negotiator, and experienced in real estate transactions.

???? Responsibilities:
• Transaction Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between title companies, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closing.
• Buyer Relations & Negotiations:
• Take inbound calls from buyers and negotiate pricing on available lots.
• Maintain and grow a buyers list, keeping strong rapport with existing buyers while finding new ones.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand the company’s buyer network.
• Seller Communications: Keep sellers updated on the sales process and ensure a smooth experience for them.
• HUD Review & Wire Confirmation:
• Review HUD settlement statements to ensure accuracy.
• Confirm that wires have been sent and received correctly.
• CRM & Organization: Keep track of deals using a CRM and ensure all information is recorded and organized efficiently.

? Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• Real estate experience (preferably in dispositions or transaction coordination).
• Understanding of wholesaling, real estate transactions, or title processes.
• Basic CRM knowledge (Podio experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with buyers.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple deals at once.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

• Starting pay: $3 to $4 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time, fully remote role.
• Opportunities for raises and commission eligibility in the future based on performance.
