About Us:
Alpha Bravo Properties is a veteran-owned real estate investment company specializing in direct-to-seller transactions, wholesale deals, fix-and-flips, buy-and-hold investments, creative financing, and new construction. We pride ourselves on integrity, teamwork, and strong communication with our clients and partners.

We are currently seeking a Disposition Manager to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring our properties are successfully marketed and sold to the right buyers. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with experience in Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Properties: Create and manage property listings through platforms like InvestorLift, Facebook Marketplace, and other relevant channels.
Buyer Outreach: Actively engage with cash buyers, investors, and other potential clients to present property opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, focusing on providing excellent service and communication.
Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate favorable terms for the sale of properties, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Lead Management: Use CRM tools like InvestorLift and Follow Up Boss to track and manage buyer leads.
Site Visits: Conduct property visits as needed to evaluate and showcase properties to potential buyers.
Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English):Preferred .
Experience in Real Estate Dispositions: Previous experience in property dispositions, wholesaling, or real estate transactions is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like InvestorLift, Follow Up Boss, and social media marketing tools.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on relationship-building.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple properties, leads, and transactions simultaneously.
Problem-Solver: Able to handle objections and challenges effectively during negotiations.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Flexibility to accommodate deal closings or buyer needs.
