Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage the scheduling and coordination of our service technicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience in residential service industries, proficiency in managing technicians, and the ability to handle homeowner complaints and requirements effectively. Experience with CRM software and strong spatial reasoning skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems based on location, availability, and priority
• Manage customer service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Handle homeowner complaints and requirements professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, service requests, data logging including pictures, job closures and invoice processing and technician assignments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities.
• Optimize travel routes to minimize drive time and maximize productivity.
• Monitor daily schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate last-minute changes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of dispatch experience in residential service industries.
• Proven experience in managing service technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong spatial reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
