Our company requires a skilled Dispatcher who can dynamically handle real-time challenges, optimize resource allocation, and effectively communicate with both customers and internal employees.

Position Overview:

The Dispatcher is a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations across our business. This role demands strong decision-making skills in the face of changing variables, along with the ability to coordinate and optimize personnel, vehicles, and equipment for jobs. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and maintains a calm, professional demeanor while managing multiple inputs from project managers, employees, and customers. This role will require adapting to situations without necessarily having clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We are looking for someone who loves dynamic problem solving, working with people, and optimizing resource allocation for a smooth and streamlined schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign personnel, vehicles, and equipment to jobs based on project requirements, resource availability, and employee preferences.
• Monitor and adjust resource allocations in real-time, responding to evolving conditions and last-minute changes.
• Maintain open and clear communication with internal employees, project managers, and customers to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved swiftly.
• Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, inefficiencies, and resource bottlenecks.
• Manage, support, and train other dispatchers or team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for personnel, equipment, and job schedules within internal systems.
• Confidently operate in scenarios where SOPs are unclear or do not exist, applying critical thinking to develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data entries and reporting are accurate and completed in a timely manner.


Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• High energy and positive attitude
• Experience in managing and training other employees, ideally within a dispatching or logistics role.
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions with limited information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain positive, professional relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize schedules, balance job requirements with employee preferences, and foresee potential operational conflicts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), scheduling software, and related tools.
• Wants to build a long term career with a company that invests heavily in their employees
• Composed under pressure; able to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience working in environments where clear SOPs may not exist, and the ability to create or adapt solutions on the fly.
• Team player who can also work independently and think critically.
• Available to work during US Mainland business hours.
