CrewsLink provides reliable and efficient ground transportation solutions for airline crews. As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Dispatch Manager based in the Philippines to oversee our dispatch operations, ensuring our high standards for quality and service are met at every level.

Role Overview:
The Dispatch Manager will lead and manage our dispatch operations, leveraging our Dialpad Contact Center system to ensure smooth and effective communication across our teams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in dispatch and contact center management. You’ll oversee quality assurance, training, and performance while leading by example—this means you won’t hesitate to jump in, take calls, and set the standard for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch Management: Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain high service standards and identify areas for
improvement.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill dispatch team members and maintain
high performance.
• Lead by Example: Take calls as needed and demonstrate effective dispatch practices to set a high standard for the
team.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges quickly and independently.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Dialpad (or similar contact center systems) is required.
• Previous experience in dispatch management or contact center supervision.
• Strong quality assurance and training background.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to lead by example.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
