Directory Research & Web Operations VA – Healthtech Comparison Platform

We’re building a digital comparison platform for international health & wellness services across multiple regions (starting with the Middle East and Europe). We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and resourceful VA to help us research, populate, and manage the provider listings on the site.

You’ll play a critical role in curating accurate data, organizing content, managing listings, and assisting with early monetization workflows (e.g., affiliate/sponsor outreach, lead tracking).

Responsibilities:
Conduct structured research on health service providers by country (starting with UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait)

Populate and maintain an Airtable database with:

Company name, service type, pricing, delivery details, reviews, website, contact info

Upload logo and brand assets from provider websites

Add data into a no-code web platform (Softr or Webflow)

Track outbound links via Bitly or PrettyLinks

Identify top providers for potential sponsor outreach

Support with light outreach (templated emails, LinkedIn, etc.)

Flag errors, broken links, and missing data regularly

Airtable

Upgrade to see actual info (or Webflow)

Google Sheets

Canva (for basic image formatting)

Bitly / Link tracking

Google Search & LinkedIn (for lead discovery)


Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience working with affiliate programs, listing directories, or marketplaces





Who You Are:
Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven

Self-starting and can work independently

Fluent in English writing and communication

Able to hit deadlines and communicate blockers early


Compensation:
Project-based to start ($300–400 for Phase 1: 3 countries)

Performance bonus if accuracy + speed exceed targets

Long-term role available based on results

Potential revenue share for high-performing contributors once monetization begins
