JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. This role will focus on creating and monitoring campaigns that effectively generate and convert leads across two distinct divisions:
-Small Commercial Construction: Targeting small businesses for build-outs and renovations
-Residential Roofing: Targeting homeowners for roof replacements and repairs

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who can develop unique strategies while leveraging proven traditional and online marketing methods, including SEO, social media marketing, and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution
-Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to convert leads into contracts for both construction and roofing divisions
-Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, leveraging multiple outreach methods including door-to-door sales, phone banking, and direct mail

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
-Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to B2B (small commercial) and B2C (residential roofing) audiences
-Create and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive website traffic for key services

Content and Brand Management
-Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company brand and messaging
-Develop targeted content that addresses customer pain points and highlights our expertise

Data-Driven Decision-Making
-Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments
-Use CRM systems to track sales activity and customer interactions

Collaboration and Leadership
-Act as a thought partner to the leadership team, offering strategic insights
-Work closely with operations team to align marketing and sales efforts

Required Qualifications
*5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within construction or roofing
*Proven track record of converting leads into contracts through multiple channels
*Strong expertise in SEO, website optimization, and lead generation
*Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
*Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital marketing tools
*Experience supporting an American company and familiarity with American culture

Preferred Experience
*Knowledge of roofing sales cycles, particularly storm restoration and insurance claims
*Experience targeting small business owners and commercial property managers
*Established network within relevant industries
