I’m looking for a highly adaptable, proactive, and resourceful Director of Operations to help manage my day-to-day operations, client communications, digital presence, and business initiatives. This role requires someone who can learn quickly, execute tasks efficiently, and wear multiple hats.

What you'll be doing
???? Business & Operations Support
? Manage schedules, RSVP to networking events, and coordinate personal and
business-related tasks
? Handle
? Assist with event planning, marketing, and coordination
? Conduct research and compile information for various projects
? Manage and update small website changes (Wix, WordPress) – training provided
???? Social Media & Marketing
? Create engaging content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
? Design graphics using Canva
? Assist with social media scheduling and content strategy
? Support marketing efforts for events, initiatives, and campaigns
???? Creative & Digital Tasks
? Basic video editing and audio editing (training available if needed)
? Update and organize files on Google Drive
? Assist with presentations, documents, and reports
???? Real Estate & Property Management (as needed)
? Help coordinate property listings and tenant communications
? Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate investments

Preferred Experience (But Will Train the Right Person!)
