You will lead a team based in Angeles City (Nepo2 Center) Philippines, working during US business hours, and will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of Brightree software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all back-office operations, ensuring seamless workflow from patient intake to insurance approvals and audit.
• Lead, train, and build a high-performing team responsible for back-office functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tasks.
• Conduct audits of patient documents and billing processes to prevent errors and maintain compliance with DME standards and regulations.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s US-based team to ensure that the needs of the business are met during US working hours.
• Provide expert guidance on the use of Brightree software, ensuring that the team is proficient and the system is fully optimized for the client’s needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferably in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full range of operations within the Philippines operations of a US based DME company.
• Proven experience working with offshore back-office operations in the Philippines.
• Expert knowledge of Brightree software, with the ability to train staff and implement system improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience training and managing remote teams.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to audit documents and ensure compliance with insurance and billing regulations.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
