Key Responsibilities
As the Director of HR, you will:
Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage and mentor a team comprising 3 Team Leaders, 1 Trainer, and 3 Recruiters to achieve high performance and accountability.
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the right talent joins the team.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement streamlined processes for onboarding new Virtual Assistants (VAs) and conducting seamless offboarding, including exit interviews.
Client and VA Matching: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal matching between Virtual Assistants and client needs.
Facilitate Tea
Improve Training Curriculum: Review, enhance, and implement training materials to upskill employees and maintain a high-performing workforce.
Admin Hearings and Labor Compliance: Facilitate administrative hearings and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Process Improvement: Analyze, create, and refine HR workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Accountability Management: Hold team leaders, trainers, and recruiters accountable for meeting goals and KPIs while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and delivering effective solutions promptly.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, including Team Leaders, Trainers, and Recruiters, with a focus on collaboration and high performance.
Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience managing the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a strategic approach to finding top talent.
Sense of Urgency: A proactive mindset to address priorities and challenges quickly and efficiently.
Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong skills in creating, refining, and implementing HR processes for improved efficiency.
Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Philippine labor laws and the ability to apply them in all HR processes.
Training Expertise: Experience in designing, enhancing, and delivering training programs to support employee growth and performance.
Facilitation Skills: The ability to lead engaging and productive tea
