Head of Graphic Design (Remote - Philippines)

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of graphic designers
Ensure the teaUpgrade to see actual infoets high design standards and project deadlines
Motivate and mentor designers to improve their skills and efficiency
Provide constructive feedback and elevate the team's creativity
Plan and execute design workflows for 40+ clients
Work with seasonal shifts and marketing calendars
Ensure timely and organized execution of deliverables
Balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities
Work closely with our Global Operations Director
Coordinate efforts to streamline and optimize processes
Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance efficiency and output
Utilize and master essential design tools:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
AI-driven design tools for enhanced automation and optimization
Who You Are:

Position Details:

? Full-time | 8 AM - 5 PM MST (US Time Zone)
???? Salary: $6.00/hour + Monthly Bonus + 13th Month Pay
