About Us:

Tax Maverick is a SaaS company offering tiered service levels for tax professionals. We help them become tax advisors by leveraging our software and coaching program. Our Customer Success department is the biggest revenue-generating and retention segment of our business.

Role Overview:

The Director of Customer Success will manage and lead our Customer Success team, execute internal campaigns, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our product.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Customer Success team
Execute internal campaigns to improve customer retention and upsells
Collaborate with sales and other departments to enhance customer acquisition and fulfillment
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and team performance
Ensure high levels of customer support and satisfaction
Provide detailed reports and insights to upper management


Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer success or leading a customer success team
Strong background in project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive team performance
Sales acumen to drive customer upsells and retention
Proficiency in customer support and understanding customer journeys
Experience in SaaS or coaching industries preferred
