Director - E-commerce

About Parent and Child Fun:

Parent and Child Fun is a fast-growing ecommerce company with multiple web shops focused on strengthening the bond between parents and children through innovative products. We sell toys, accessories and products that enrich family moments.

We are looking for a dedicated driven director who has mastered all aspects of running our webshop and wants to get our way. You will start by managing daily operations to gain a good understanding of our processes. Once you successfully complete this phase, you will help build a team and eventually lead that team.

Key Responsibilities:

Step 1: Manage daily webshop operations, including order processing, customer service and inventory management.
Step 2: Master all operational processes so you fully understand how the web shops operate and where improvements can be made.
Step 3: After you have proven successful in managing the daily operations, help recruit and assemble a team.
Step 4: Lead the team and oversee customer service and operational performance.
Step 5: Assume responsibility for overall growth, including revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Prerequisites:

- A college degree is required.
- Strong social skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- You can handle challenges well and work independently.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or similar role is required.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- A drive to take on more responsibilities and help the team grow.
