Direct response video editor for VSL's

We’re looking for a high-converting direct response video editor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance-based editing, understands buyer psychology, and can turn raw talking-head footage into high-retention VSLs that drive clicks and convert cold traffic.

PDF Cashflow is a fast-growing info product brand teaching everyday people how to build passive income from simple digital products. Our VSLs are the backbone of our paid traffic campaigns—so your editing literally moves the needle.

???? You’ll Be Responsible For:

Editing short VSLs (30 sec – 3 min) for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Ads

Adding engaging captions, B-roll, zooms, pattern interrupts, etc.

Crafting compelling hooks, mid-video pivots, and strong CTA endings

Matching proven direct response pacing (Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, etc.)

Optimizing for scroll-stopping retention and conversions

Finding and sourcing AI video creators

? Ideal Candidate:

2+ years editing direct response or info product VSLs

Knows how to take a script and elevate the story with visuals

Understands VSL structure, hook psychology, and AIDA principles

Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar

Fast turnaround (1–2 days per video)

Bonus: Experience editing UGC-style ads or TikTok/Meta ads
