Your Role
As a Direct-Response Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for creating high-converting video ads that fuel the growth of our brands. From sourcing content to editing diverse ad styles (UGC, AI voiceover, Midjourney, etc.), you’ll craft compelling creatives that capture attention and drive sales. You'll work across multiple brands—sometimes two new products per week—requiring speed, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, using various styles (UGC, AI voiceover, Midjourney, etc.).
- Source and compile high-quality content for new product creatives (TikTok, Google, stock footage, etc.).
- Quickly adapt to new brands and products, sometimes working on two new products per week.
- Continuously test new creative ideas and iterate on winning ad concepts.
- Work independently, executing strategies with minimal guidance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Direct-Response Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of video ad best practices for Meta (hook, pacing, structure, etc.).
- Ability to quickly source high-quality content from TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and switching between projects rapidly.
- Fast execution—able to deliver multiple creatives within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and test new creative approaches.
