Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Creator to collaborate closely with our Direct Response Creative Strategist. This role demands a keen eye for visual storytelling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to craft aesthetic and attention-grabbing hooks. You will be responsible for planning content shoots, creating compelling B-roll, and contributing to overall content strategy by researching and incorporating best practices from leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination
Work alongside the strategist to develop content outlines and shot lists based on project goals and competitor research.
Organize and schedule shoots (in-house or on-location) to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
B-roll & Visual Storytelling
Capture dynamic footage and supporting visuals that enhance and enrich the main storyline or script.
Maintain high production quality and a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with each client’s brand identity.
Creative Research & Conceptualization
Study competitors, industry leaders, and social media trends to identify new angles, hooks, and visual styles.
Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns that evoke emotional resonance and drive engagement.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Captions, Adobe Premiere, or similar software to produce polished final assets.
Collaborate with the strategist to fine-tune edits, integrate on-screen text, music, sound design, and other elements that boost conversion potential.
Project Management & Collaboration
Use Notion (or other project management tools) to maintain shot lists, communicate with tea
Work seamlessly with the strategist, copywriters, and clients to ensure brand guidelines and creative visions are consistently met.
Qualifications
Videography & Editing Expertise: Proven experience in shooting and editing video content (portfolio or reel required).
Aesthetic Sensibility: Demonstrable ability to create visually appealing content that captures viewers’ attention.
Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage multiple shoots, keep track of schedules, and maintain an efficient production workflow.
Research & Trend Awareness: Familiarity with competitor and industry best practices to inform shot lists and creative direction.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate editing tools like CapCut, Captions, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms. Experience with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in a team environment with strategists, copywriters, and clients, taking and giving feedback productively.
