JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Part-time (1–3 days per week, with potential for increased hours as we grow)

First Job task (Real job description) - One of the first tasks I ask will be to create a sales funnel for a ebook selling a marketing online course, create some graphics for social media posts for this and also put a website together using information given to make the website look better than what currently exists for me.. Then manage and put together a google ad campaign for this And analyse performance for me.

I am an indépendant marketing agency looking to expand and for extra teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to support work like the above!

Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design & Branding: Using Canva and photoshop to design marketing materials, infographics, and branding assets for both our agency and clients.
• Website Management: Assist in building (using ready made templates such as wix and shopify) , optimizing, and maintaining company and client websites (Shopify, Wix, etc.).
• Marketing Funnels & Ad Campaigns: Set up and optimize sales and marketing funnels, as well as manage Google Ads campaigns.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• E-Commerce Setup & Product Sourcing: Build and manage e-commerce platforms, research and order products for testing and potential sale.
• Content Planning & Editing: Develop monthly content calendars, schedule posts, and create engaging social media content.
• Pitch Deck & Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations for client pitches and internal marketing needs.


Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or as a virtual assistant.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in website platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.) and email marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
