I am looking for a talented and creative digital watercolor artist(s) who are experienced with Photoshop and similar software, having experience with photo enhancing (can be done via AI) is a huge plus as well..

You'll get paid per portrait made, the exact payment depends on things like tweaks made to the portrait (adding/removing clothes, custom background options, adding limbs etc.) and general photo quality (so if you need to do more work = you get paid more) + a fixed rate per character that never changes. I'll send you a detailed pricing guide after you apply so you can decide if it's worth to continue.
