Salary: $950 per month

Role overview:
A proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of website improvements and rebranding initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritise and manage change requests from the business while ensuring timely delivery by working effectively with Brand and Commercial.


Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and ensure the on-time delivery of all website change requests and the rebranded website.
- Prioritise and maintain the website development backlog.
- Review all development changes to ensure they meet requirements, quality standards, before seeking review and approval from brand and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth execution of production releases.
- Gate keeper to review all change request briefs to ensure they meet the criteria of providing relevant designs, assets, copy and product compliance and clear requirements before accepting them into the backlog.

This role is integral to ensuring a seamless transition and timely delivery of website updates and rebranding efforts. Your contributions will directly impact the launch of new products across our brand websites, a sales generation channel for the business.


Skills and knowledge:
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Solid understanding of the web development process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various levels within the organization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Relevant technical domain experience of websites and development build


Qualifications / experience:
2-3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized website projects.
Exposure to or experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
