Anomaly Studios is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Sales Growth Strategist to revolutionize our online presence and scale our four key digital product lines. At Anomaly Studios we specialize in digital products that make the world a better place. We have been building and optimizing four key products and we are ready to scale the following four key products. Your primary responsibilities are to drive revenue and increase sales for a variety of our online products, including:

- Our flagship SaaS product, Anomaly A.M.P., empowers business owners and entrepreneurs to launch and grow successful online courses.
- Our Coding Academy product teaches kids how to program and develop critical thinking and life skills. Our focus is inspiring the next generation of coders through engaging programs for kids. We work with homeschool students and K-12 schools.
- Our LavenderBea Greeting Cards focus on connecting people through beautifully crafted photography and stationery.
- And the SMART Business Success Academy helps entrepreneurs find their business idea, implement it, and scale it. Through the academy we guide entrepreneurs from idea to scale.

The overall sales need is to drive more traffic and conversions for our free resources, lead magnets, and free 30 days trials. Once a person has opted in to our free resources and trials we nurture them automatically through our marketing training automation and we have long sequences that automatically drive people to purchase through a carefully crafted sale sequence. What we need the most help with from a growth standpoint is getting more people through the front door so to speak into our lead magnet, free resources and 30-day demos.

Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Traffic: Envision and execute traffic strategies to drive more web traffic to specific sales funnels and marketing campaigns
- Grow Channel Partners: Connect with and close relationships with affiliate channel sales partners
Strategic Visionary: Create and execute groundbreaking strategies to drive web traffic and skyrocket sales through highly targeted funnels and marketing campaigns.
- Affiliate Partner Guru: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with affiliate channel sales partners, boosting sales performance and expanding our reach.
- Revenue Generator: Take the lead in driving growth for our diverse online product portfolio, including Anomaly Amp, Coding Academy, and Lavender B greeting cards on Etsy and Amazon.
- Multi-Platform Maestro: Manage and optimize sales for the Coding Academy homeschool edition, schools edition, Anomaly - A.M.P., LavenderBea stationary, SMART Business Success, on our website, Amazon and various other platforms.
- Brand Ambassador: Elevate and expand the reach of our online products, contributing to the company's long-term success.

Compensation:
- Option 1: Hourly Pay: $5 per hour for dedicated sales activities or highly lucrative channel partner sales (you can decide).
- Option 2: Channel Partner Sales: If you want to capture more revenue you can choose to not get paid hourly but instead as a revenue share partner. Revenue share opportunities based on sales performance and achievements and ongoing revenue share. Revenue share opportunities for our SaaS products like the Coding Academy and Anomaly A.M.P. pay monthly at 20% of the monthly subscription amount for the life of the customer and do not expire or go down. As you enter customers per month for onboarding the financial information appears below as monthly, annually, and cumulative across years if you keep up with the cadence of one customer per month on average. This compounds with our multiple products we are scaling.

Application Process:
- Explore Our Products: Dive into our innovative online offerings. Once you have researched our four key product offerings provide your thoughts on how you would grow and scale each offering. Provide at least a three to four paragraph breakdown of the strategies and steps you would take for each of the four products.
- Show Us Your Strategy: Once you have gathered your thoughts, write your recommendation and submit a video with your strategic suggestions to amplify and enhance product sales. This will allow us to get to know you and your thought process and get a feel for your approach.
- Complete the Onboarding Google Form: Complete our onboarding form and copy and paste your summary writeup that showcase your strategy for helping us scale our products and share your video link. You need to have your written and video summary that showcase your growth strategies.
- Cover Letter: Share a link to your cover letter in the Google form. In your cover letter explain why you are interested in this work.
Resume: Share a link to your resume in the Google form
- Once you submit the four key pieces of information above, we will review your information. If we decide to do a follow-up interview you will receive an email to schedule a time to discuss your research and growth strategy suggestions.

Once you have completed the questions above click submit to submit your application you will have completed the first part of the application process. If you are selected for a follow-up interview you will be asked to complete a test project. This will be an unpaid test and it is a small time commitment. After this test project I will send you an invitation to choose a time to setup a real-time appointment with a video conference call using Zoom.
