We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Product & Funnel Asset Creator (5+ years experience) who is ready to take full ownership of this project, execute fast, and create a scalable system for all digital assets.

This role requires extreme organization, strategic planning, and the ability to build a structured library of digital products that ensures seamless onboarding, duplication, and sharing across our team.

You will collaborate closely with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure everything aligns for a successful funnel launch.

This is a full-time remote position with set working hours, and we need someone who is proactive, highly organized, and focused on creating a repeatable, structured system.

Position Overview
As our Digital Product & Funnel Asset Creator, you will:
* Pick up this project and run with it – take full ownership of digital product creation & systemization
* Develop a scalable, structured library of digital assets that can be used across all client projects
* Ensure digital assets align with client offers, target markets, and sales funnels
* Create & design high-value digital products (lead magnets, courses, workbooks, templates, checklists, PDFs, presentations, etc.)
* Work with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure all assets integrate into funnels, membership areas, and online sales systems
* Optimize digital products & assets to ensure high engagement and conversions
* Organize all assets into a well-structured library for easy access across the team

Key Responsibilities
* Digital Product Library & Systemized Offer Creation
Build and manage a structured, centralized library of all digital assets for easy access across the team
Develop plug-and-play templates for lead magnets, workbooks, and online courses that can be quickly customized for new clients
Ensure every digital asset is categorized, labeled, and easy to locate

* Digital Product & Asset Creation
Create and package lead magnets, workbooks, checklists, PDFs, presentations, and other digital content
Develop membership content, course structures, and digital training materials
Ensure digital assets are branded, visually appealing, and user-friendly
Enhance perceived value of digital products to drive higher conversions

* Offer Alignment & Funnel Integration
Work with marketing teams to align digital assets with offers, upsells, and tripwires
Ensure digital content fits seamlessly into the customer journey
Strategically position bonus materials and additional assets to boost sales conversions
Organize backend membership platforms and content delivery systems

* Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and web developers to align assets with funnels
Ensure digital products are delivered in an intuitive, user-friendly format
Maintain and organize a library of digital products, templates, and assets for seamless access across the team

* Testing, Quality Control & Organization
Ensure all digital assets are formatted correctly, tested, and error-free
Optimize content layout, readability, and visual appeal
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all assets
Continuously update and refine the digital asset library for team-wide access

Who We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in digital product creation, marketing funnels, and online sales
* Proven track record of creating and packaging high-value digital products (lead magnets, workbooks, courses, templates, etc.)
* Extreme organizational skills – must be able to create a systemized, accessible digital asset library for team-wide use
* Experience developing scalable systems for digital product creation & duplication
* Strong branding and design skills – understands how to create visually engaging assets
* Knowledge of online course platforms & membership sites (GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.)
* Understanding of marketing funnels and offer structures – knows how to position assets for maximum value
* Self-starter who can take ownership and execute fast
* Detail-oriented and deadline-driven – ensures all assets are polished and delivered on time
* Excellent collaboration skills – works well with content writers, designers, and web developers

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
* Graphic design experience (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)
* Basic video editing for online courses & training materials
* Knowledge of GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or membership platforms
* Understanding of psychological pricing & perceived value strategies
