Digital Media & Social Content Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Media & Social Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with managing SoundCloud and Youtube operations, executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok and utilizing Meta Business tools. This role also requires technical proficiency in website blog postings, Youtube, Asana (Task Manager System), use of digital artwork programs, specifically CANVA and a strong ability to follow directions and meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

SoundCloud Management:
- Upload, organize, and maintain tracks, playlists, and artist profiles.

Social Media Management:
- Schedule through Meta business and manually upload posts across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter (X), Discord, and Youtube.
- Monthly analytical report for engagement across all social platforms

Website Blog Posting:
- Upload and format blog posts, ensuring proper use of multimedia (images, videos, audio) and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure content is published error-free.
- Ability to use or learn to use CANVA for needed artwork following a specified template and general overall good aesthetics

Project Coordination:
- Follow detailed instructions to execute campaigns and projects on time through Asana.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report progress or issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Reliable high speed internet
- Proficiency in using SoundCloud, Youtube, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms.
- Being able to manage Youtube independently with best practices and creating necessary graphics/thumbnails for optimized user engagement.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and ask questions for clarity when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with time for PST timezone calls.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- A background or interest in house and techno music music
- Prior experience with Asana as task completion and communication platform.
