Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to support the launch and growth of a dynamic VA agency serving Australian businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong social media skills, and have a passion for supporting entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, organize files, and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Social Media Assistance: Schedule content, engage with audiences, and create compelling graphics (portfolio required).

Email Marketing: Plan, create, and schedule effective email campaigns.
Content Creation: Design workbooks and documents in Canva and repurpose existing content.
Social Media Management: Understand social media algorithms, content pillars, and engagement strategies for lead generation.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
Course Creation: Assist in the design and development of online course materials.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract and qualify potential clients.
Task & Project Management: Track deadlines, ensure efficient task completion, create SOPs, and streamline operations.
Research & Reporting: Conduct industry research and analyze competitor activity.
Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional English speaking, spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Experience writing procedures or as a PA/EA.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
Familiarity with various CRM programs.
Excellent time management skills.
Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving needs.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Availability and willingness to increase working hours in the near future.

Software Proficiency:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Canva (including Canva Pro and video creation apps), Squarespace, ClickUp, Google Workspace, ManyChat, and Dubsado. Familiarity with other related software is a plus.

JOB DETAILS:
15 hours / week (flexible shift as long as within Australian Business Hours)
9 AUD per hour / 327 PHP
