JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Digital Marketing VA(Part-Time, Remote)
Reports to: Director/CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Campaigns

Develop and implement quarterly and monthly marketing strategies
Conduct research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation
Lead A/B testing across content, emails, and landing pages for optimisation

Content and Communications
Write compelling and strategic copy for social media, website, email, and landing pages
Plan, schedule, and publish content for socials
Maintain consistent brand voice across all messaging and platforms
Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance data


Email
Marketing and Outreach
Manage email marketing through Freshsales CRM
Develop and execute automated workflows and segmented email sequences
Lead strategic cold outreach campaigns
Optimise open, click-through, and conversion rates through continuous testing

Design and Brand Assets
Create or direct the design of marketing visuals using Canva/Photoshop
Ensure consistency across digital assets in alignment with brand identity
Oversee layout and visual needs for social media, email, and promotional content

Website and Blog
Maintain and update WordPress website content
Write and edit blog posts aligned with SEO strategy and campaign goals
Ensure content reflects core services and speaks to target audiences

Automation and Processes
Set up and optimise marketing automation workflows and lead scoring
Streamline campaign execution through internal process development
Maintain an organised marketing calendar and documentation of ongoing efforts

Performance and Reporting
Track marketing KPIs across email, web, and social platforms
Analyse A/B testing results and campaign data for insights
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to support strategic decisions

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in startup or lean team environments
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Comfortable managing both warm email marketing and cold outreach strategies
Data-driven, highly organised, and self-managed
Confident in using automation tools and optimising marketing workflows
Able to work independently while collaborating remotely with the leadership team
