Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI.
Graphic Design:
Design visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including banners, social media posts,
Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials that align with company goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Video Editing and Production:
Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
Develop promotional videos, tutorials, and engaging reels to capture audience attention.
Optimize video content for various platforms and formats.
SEO and Content Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for web content.
Optimize multimedia assets for improved search visibility and performance.
Collaborate with writers and developers to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Social Media and Content Management:
Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
Create engaging posts and multimedia content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social trends to develop relevant and timely campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs) to evaluate campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in design and multimedia projects.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
Familiarity with
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
