Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic for [Company Name]. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven individual with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns:
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and content marketing.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.

SEO/SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta descriptions, and titles for search engines.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
Engage with followers, monitor social media conversations, and respond to inquiries.

Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Content Marketing:
Create high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and infographics.
Distribute content through various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.

Monitor content performance and make adjustments as needed.


Email
Marketing:
Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

Build and maintain email lists.
Track email open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.

Website Management:
Assist with website updates and maintenance.

Ensure website functionality and user experience.

Lead Generation:
Track and analyze lead generation campaigns to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
Work with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends:

Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Attend industry events and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a1 team.
